I need to move out of my house so I can have a kitchen PERMANENTLY devoted to egging. It’s very difficult to have a hobby that everyone wants to dump in the sink. I need my own place so I can leave eggs in dye without interference.

Today I purchased a little dye, and also finally bought a set of tie-dye cords. I’ve been wanting to try them forever, but never purchased any. When I saw them on display in front of my face I couldn’t resist.

Tonight I’m going to do something messy. Several months ago I bought some spice racks to store due in. I was worried about the dye colors fading in the bottles so I covered the bottles with electrician's tape. Tonight I'm going to open all those packets of dye and place them into the bottles. Hopefully one day I can find some black bottles to replace these bottles, but this will work until that time. It's much more organized, at least. Now I' ll be able to tell what colors I have at a glance.
