The North Lake Dance Company was established in 1986 to provide performances and lecture-demonstrations to the surrounding Dallas/Ft. Worth community.
The North Lake Dance Company is housed at North Lake College, in Las Colinas, Texas. Performances are held in the Performance Hall, with state-of-the-art lighting and sound equipment. Additional performances are held at the Performing Arts Center in Irving and other local theaters throughout the Metroplex.
Performances range from presentation to repertory in traditional theatrical settings to more informal concerts. Lecture-demonstration, workshops and master classes are created for individual needs in the community. Presentations are available for all ages in educational institutions and public/private organizations.
A special lecture-demonstration called "Body Works" is a favorite among the elementary schools.
